From 1850 Census records of Fairfield, Iowa we find the following entry:

Joshua Herron 23 M farmer born Io.
Mary J. Herron 20 F born Io.
Mary Ann Munhall 40 F born Pa.
Caroline Munhall 20 F born O.
Matilda Munhall 15 F born O.
Emily A. Munhall 15 F born O.
Roxena Munhall 10 F born O.
It would seem logical to assume that Caroline, Matilda, Emily and Roxena were children of Mary Ann Munhall and John Munhall. We do not know whether Mary J. Herron was also a daughter.
